Scenic Dade strives to promote, protect, and shape the existing & future quality of life for the city of Trenton & Dade County through a focused approach of leveraging Conservation & The Built Environment to generate revitalization.
Scenic Dade originated in 2017 when our founder and president was nominated to Leadership Georgia. During his tenure, he worked alongside industry leaders throughout Georgia, traveling to towns across our great state and observing how communities can thrive. This knowledge and experience were brought back to Dade County, where it was shared with like-minded individuals. This began an intense journey of due diligence where founding members of Scenic Dade met with leaders in Chattanooga and across the region to raise financial capital for market research and design concepts. Today Scenic Dade seeks to impact Trenton's built environment by implementing ideas that have been deemed to help generate a thriving community.

THE PEOPLE
We believe the people of Dade County are it’s greatest resource. We believe that attracting new families to Dade County will enhance quality of life and generate increased opportunities.
Did you know...
That Scenic Dade has worked to raise over half a million dollars in funds to support, sustain, and revitalize Dade County. Check out this book we had made with several design considerations and potential projects we can and will take on with your support! Some of which have already been accomplished!
The founders of Scenic Dade and it's partners have faith in all that Dade County can be. There are stories of a nearby city called Chattanooga that made similar steps in their journey to revitalization that could foreshadow that of our very own Dade Co.

MEET OUR TEAM
At an early age, I saw my grandfather, Bill O'Neal, live out Jeremiah 29:7 to his friends in Dade County. "Seek the peace and prosperity of the place I have carried you to.... for if it prospers, so shall you." His efforts established the Chamber of Commerce, IDA, and DDA of Dade County. He was my hero, and my desires and passion for Dade County originate from his example. I love the people of Dade County and feel like there are treasures here that can help us thrive.
